I am experiencing exactly the same problem as Jeff was a couple of years
ago. I run the same software (5.5.3) and use the same hardware right down
to the SCSI cards and am experiencing the same symptoms.
Anyone rememeber what response they sent to Jeff? Or have thoughts on where
to go from here? I'm running the latest firmware, StorageTek has 'verified'
the jukebox and drives, and I've replaced the SCSI cards.
