Thanks..no,  I read this doc/link you sent.   I'm not using copper gigabit
but fiber.  The
server is not locking up..rather the backup client/Networker is failing to
detect anything
to back up and failing..   Normal traffic and operation to the client is
fine.

Be great if they had a document on this problem though..

this problem.
