Do a nsrck -L6 clientname. This will resync the index after the
recovery.

Hello List,

I have a little question I am hoping someone can help with.

I have a client that can browse the server via NWRECOVER, choose the
file from the date he wants (40+ days ago) and it shows the correct file
size, etc.

Starts the recover, the tape is loaded then moves forward and reads.
After about 2 minutes or less of reading (800k file) it says done.  No
errors.

If you go look at the restored file it is 0k.

I tried to go in to the index's for the machine and it empty.  Any ideas
on this one?
