Hi,

Initially we thought it could be cleaning cartridges so we changed them but
problem still exist. Then we thought it could be drive problem and we
changed some of the drives but to no avail.

What we realized is when even we issue command #nsrjb Error message "Jukebox
out of sync" will prompt out, but this error wouldn't cause any harm and the
#nsrjb still get through, just wonder could it be somethings to do with
Tru64 with NW6.0.2 that causing the problem on P3K :)

Hi Robert

It's worth checking that your cleaning cart has not been used up, we had
this ourselves.

A cleaning cart is only good for 20 cleans, BUT! it will still be loaded
untill you change it.

The problem is however is that it does not clean the device, hence the
cleaning light is allways on and constantly requires cleaning.

Another possibility is that you have a dodgy tape in your library, or a
drive head, but it would be unlikely to be on all drives if this was the
case.
