It looks like you want to remove all tapes which you have used on a daily
basis. We keep all our incrementals in a jukebox and only store one full
backup offline each week. A second full backup plus incrementals stay in
the jukebox.

One solution would perhaps be to backup to disk and then clone to tape.
Then follow it by doing an index save to the clone pool.
