Hello,
I'm running Solstice Backup 5.5.3 on Solaris 7.  I have some Solaris
clients that say they have successful backups, but within the
email, I see some "bad file number" and "aborted due to inactiviy"
messages.  This doesn't happen with every backup.

Here is an example of the output:

Has anyone seen this before? Do you know if my backups are still good?
Why does the backup report as successful? How do I fix this?

The machines that I'm seeing this problem are
behind a firewall (I don't know what kind of firewall).  Please don't
tell me to open the ports on the firewall because if the ports were
not opened, then I would never get a good backup.  That's not the
issue.
