[Networker] Strange message on Win2k client backup

Server: NetWorker 6.1.1 Build 238 under Solaris 2.6
Client:  NetWorker 6.1.1 Build 238 under Windows 2000

Hi gurus,

Having backed up my PC last night, for the first time in a while, I checked
the completion notification today and found the following message for drives
D, E and F:

save: The NTFS Change Journal will be used for this save.

I've never seen this one before, can anyone clue me in to what it means?
