Doh!  I did not look in the right place.  To get your NDMP indexes written to
a separate pool, you have to create a new pool, add the groups which contain
the NDMP clients, and then add "bootstrap" and "index" in the Save sets
specification of that pool.  Then indexes go where you want them to go.
