Scott,

If these are stand alone tape drives that you have to manually load I
believe all you need to do is to set them up as devices.  You wouldn't use
jbconfig at all.  In the GUI (nwadmin) just find Media or Media Management
and under that Devices and create the device(s).  It should also be possible
to do it through the nsradmin interface as well.
