Yes,  it does this for me too on Solaris 8.  You've confirmed that its
probably a bug.   One can probably fix it with a .Xdefaults entry for
that dialog box size ?     If I get time I'll open a low priority case
on it but I suspect the window may look fine in Legato's buildings :)
