I noticed this toward the bottom of your messages:

Were the files actually written in the res.R directory instead of res?
Networker will look for them in res.

Also, there's a difference here between the save set ids in line 1 and 5.
Did that difference exist when you ran the program?

3 > Enter starting record number (if known) [0]: 0
