release suppliment applies to your situation.

Compaq Patches Required for NetWorker Release 6.0 or Later on Compaq Tru64
UNIX 5. x (LGTpa27333)
If you run NetWorker release 6.0 or later on Compaq Tru64 UNIX release 5.1
or 5.0a,
you must install the appropriate Compaq patch to ensure that save sets
scheduled by
NetWorker software complete successfully:
? For NetWorker release 6.0 or later on Compaq Tru64 UNIX 5.1, install
Patch 399
for Tru64 UNIX 5.1 and TruCluster 5.1 Patch Kit-0003.
? For NetWorker release 6.0 or later on Compaq Tru64 UNIX 5.0a, install
Patch 286
for Tru64 UNIX 5.0a AND TruCluster 5.0a Patch Kit-0003.
