The backint log file usually gives more informative error messages.
This will be /nsr/logs/backintSBX.log or /tmp/backintSBX.log depending
on where it has access to create the thing.
I guess that if /tmp/backintSBX.log already exists, but your Oracle DBA
user ("orasbx" or is that just a local custom?) doesn't have write
access to it, you might get funny messages...
