Are you sure entry for SDLT1 is 0x19639 not 0x8639 in st.conf file?

Do _NOT_ put entries in st.conf for DLT7k's unless you have a specific
reason for doing so. Solaris (any version, as long as it's been patched in
the past few years) has native support for DLT7000 - there's no need to put
an entry in st.conf, and doing so can lead to sub-optimal performance.

Same story as above for SDLT, only you'll need to make sure you've got a
recent st patch applied (eg, 108725-08 or later for Solaris 8, 107460-11 or
later for Solaris 7).

Same story again. LTO support was added in 108725-07 (Sol8), 107460-10
(Sol7), etc.
