Using the PID of the process that has the other end of the pipe
open, use:
ls -l /proc/<pid>/fd
You are likely seeing a permissions problem. Is the pipe writable by
the user:group that bacula-sd is running as? Does the seLinux
context allow the bacula-sd user to write to the pipe?
