Hello, SDS,
I think it's a very good idea hiring someone to help Bacula community deploy and support. It's an outstanding and very resourceful backup software that requires skilled men to administrate. I'm sure some experienced Bacula Administrator from this list will reply to you, probably in PVT.

I have a question about open source Bacula. Is it possible to get some technical support for non Bacula enterprise software from Bacula.org? Such as complie setup Bacula trouble shooting & configuration trouble shooting
for any such cases. If it’s possible how and which way?
