[Bacula-users] Bacula connecting to remote storage daemon
2015-11-15 17:33:21
I have 4 raspberry pi's running Ubuntu mate 15.10
I have 1 Bacula server and it backs up itself fine.
I have 1 Remote Client which bacula could see and try to start the job.
However it hangs.
My bacula server backs itself up to a cifs share on /mnt/backups but fails to
write the remote backup to this location.
I figure maybe setting up a storage daemon to have the client backup to its own
/mnt/backups to prevent the pi's from writing to another pi then the NAS/cifs
share.
However when trying to connect and view status of the storage daemon on the
remote client webmin fails to connect and fetch.
Any ideas on how to get 3 individual pi's to backup to the same CIFS share
easily?
I'm a bacula/Linux n00b so any links or points in the right direction are
greatly appreciated.
