It sounds like the ‘Name’ index on the Filename table doesn’t
fit in RAM anymore in its entirety.
Have you tried increasing your MySQL buffers?

So I check the status of the client, have the following return:

For information, this client is an email server with many files. But to perform the test put to make the Backup only in a specific directory
(Approx 10Gb).
Performing the backup of all this Server (1.1TB). the message Dir
