Just another piece of debug.
I found that segmentation violation happens here:

CONFIG *new_config_parser()
{
    CONFIG *config;
--->   config = (CONFIG *)malloc(sizeof(CONFIG)); <---
    memset(config, 0, sizeof(CONFIG));
    return config;
}

this is file "parse_conf.c" line 808

I tried also to understand if the problem was  sizeof(CONFIG), but it 
returns 204 bytes size.
