Hi Team,

I have Bacula installation on RHEL 6.4 with bacula version 5.2.12 . I
am taking backup in IBM LTO-4 tapes for obvious which has data
capacity of 800 GB.

From some time I am observing that Bacula is marking tape volumes as
FULL only after writing data around 200 GB on disks. Please tell me
why it is behaving like that.

I am not using any compression for my backups and there is not job or
volume limit is set on volumes/pools.

using list command in bconsole I am getting below.

*list media

it is showing capacity of disk is almost 896,351,210,496 bytes which
it has written for first volume. later it is writing unexpected amount
of data.

below is O/P of replacement needed volumes.

resources. in any case please also tell me Is there is any way which
tells this is due to bad disks or not.?
