Give the VMs a second network interface on the private network. 
Otherwise use OpenVPN to give the VMs a VPN tunnel to the private 
network. The bacula-fd client on the VM must have a way to initiate a 
connection to the bacula-sd storage daemon. A quick way to check is to 
run telnet on the VM and see if you can telnet to port 9103 of the host 
running bacula-sd.
