Even if it isn't, a workaround is always using a subdirectory.

I'd like to confirm that restoring into /tmp it is expected behavior that the bacula-fd program will modify the permissions of the directory from 1777 to 555.
Bacula version in use is 5.2.5-0ubuntu6.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
