Today during the Bacula tutorial at AsiaBSDCon, I was asked if Bacula could
handle Japanese character names.
I wasn't sure. But I thought it would.
I thought this because I knew that the recommended encoding for a PostgreSQL
database Catalog was SQL_ASCII. This allows for non-UTF-8 encoded file times.

To test this, I created a file on my laptop, then I ran a backup. Running the
'list files jobid=X' command showed the correct filename.
I took a screen shot: http://img.ly/toEd
FYI: that's bconsole running under FreeeBSD 8, connected via ssh from a an OS-X
terminal session on my Macbook.
