If you are using spooling and only have one tape drive, then you will only
ever have one job writing to tape as it has exclusive write at that time.
The remaining jobs will wait their turn to write to tape.

Now, if you want a job to have exclusive control of the tape until the job
completes, that is another story and I do not know if it is possible to
configure in bacula.
