Have you checked connectivity on those ports from server to client and vice versa?  Software firewall blocking connections?

Also- Please note that I have not messed with the Jobs or Schedule at all. I am just trying to prove that it works. So all I need is to be able to get the Client to connect and manually run a simple backup of my Windows Machine, then I will start to configure it to my exact needs.
