I think you'll just have to have multiple run statements, but you can shorten a little bit by having multiple hours per line.

Run = Level=Incremental Accurate=no Monday-Sunday at 07:00 08:00 09:00 10:00 11:00 12:00

Run = Level=Incremental Accurate=no Monday-Sunday at 13:00 14:00 15:00 16:00 17:00 18:00
