I believe he's talking about MySQL data files for the log table, on my system it's /var/lib/mysql/Log.{MYD,MYI,frm} 2012/7/13 sedrla <bacula-forum AT backupcentral DOT com>
Now HW is ok, bacula is running well, but MYSQL bacula databese jump to 45 GB - the table LOG has size obout 42 GB.
Is some way to reduce this table.
Have you ever tried running mysqlcheck -o bacula? I have a feeling it might take a really long time. Of course be sure and make a current backup of your database beforehand just in case.
On a small test system I have, /var/log/mysql/bacula was 12M in size. Then I ran mysqlcheck -o bacula and now it is 1.6M.
