All right. I downloaded the 64bit version, and it was not co-operative
with my older 5.0.x system.
Uninstalled that too, and I found 5.0.3 client from my old downloads.
Installed it.
Now they do not get into understaning of authentication
After all these versions I decided to
c:\> dir bacula-fd.conf /s
and what did I get?
C:\>type bacula.txt
Volume in drive C is Acer
Volume Serial Number is 9AC5-1262
Directory of C:\Program Files\Bacula
05.07.2012 21:43 929 bacula-fd.conf

5 File(s) 4 867 bytes
0 Dir(s) 364 763 758 592 bytes free
Which one of these is the right one? ;)
Windows.old is apparently old, as that is my old Windows which crashed and
I then upgraded to this Ultimate 64bit.
I have to fix the password in all of those ;)
