Previous Copy job or previous Backup job? If previous Copy job, then try
either not running multiple Copy jobs at the same time, or set the job
priorities such that each Copy job waits on completion of the previous
jobs before launching. If previous Backup job, then maybe you have to
change the volume status to Used for any tapes that the copy job will need.

I have seen similar when running multiple Virtual Full jobs. Modifying
the job's priority so that they are forced to run sequentially fixed it
