if the tape in the changer is usable (does not need recycled) I
believe PreferMountedVolumes can fix this. If it needs recycled
(status Used or Full) then you have to do that manually.

Unfortunatly PreferMountedVolumes didnt work. The default is yes, so it should be enabled if not
defined.
The status of all tapes is Append, so no recycle needed.
