Have you tried with double "/" like "C://" ?

I think I fixed my problem time ago with that.

It has to do with the person who originally set up our backup service. We
have separate files to specify the partitions for all the systems we backup
(IMHO - easier that way rather than putting the specific file systems in
bacula-dir.conf. This way you don't have to stop and start the daemon
everything you change a partition).

So the file with the partitions for the windows server we backup had the
partitions listed as you see them above. I've changed that now to a more
conventional style of C:/ (as an example). This, I think, should make
changing directories easier in the future. However, since I have to go back
a couple of weeks to retrieve the data, I still have to deal with the C:\/
format, and I somehow have to find a way to cd into a directory, which I am
still unable to figure out.
