You didn't say what src.rpm you were using neither what OS you're
trying to build on.

This is the src.rpm I'm referring to: bacula-5.0.3-1.src.rpm

And building it for postgres:

[mikaelf@mashhad ~]$ rpmbuild --define build_centos5=1 --define
build_postgresql=1 --rebuild bacula-5.0.3-1.src.rpm
...
