Hello Bacula user's list,

I'm having some trouble with a bacula client. The backup to a storage node (disk based storage) fails at the same file.

Both the bacula director and storage node are on the same system, running FreeBSD 8.0-p3, and the latest version of bacula installed from ports (5.0.0_1). The client is running FreeBSD 8.0-p3, and has the latest available port of bacula-client installed.

Here is the message from the director:

I changed the client's bacula-fd startup flags to use -d 150 for debugging, here is the output of that:

I've changed the fd's "maximum network buffer size" from 131072 to 65536, and the only effect that had was going from 51 files to 26. So, being that changing the network buffer size effected the backup, I thought this might be part of the issue. I've also tried using a completely different nic on the client (switched from intel to broadcom, then back to intel), but that didn't seem to make a difference.

This bacula server has about 20 other clients ( a mix of FreeBSD 8, RHEL 3/4/5, Solaris and Windows), and they are all able to successfully backup to the storage node.

If anyone can offer some pointers or more insight, I would really appreciate it.
