Thanks for the reply. I do see the default value of 20 max connections in the 
bacula-sd.conf file. Previously I had played around with having the SDAddress 
in bacula-sd.conf set to 127.0.0.1 and my FQDN. However, I saw something on a 
post that suggested commenting it out. And in response to your question, the 
SD, DIR and FD are on the same machine.

That would not be the place to set the concurrency for the SD.

bacula-sd.conf would be however I believe the default is 20.

Is the director on the same machine as the SD? Do you have 127.0.0.1 or 
localhost as the ipaddress of the SD? I know it does not look that way though..
