These look pretty simple, I mean just black on white background.
Did you try printing your own on standard stickers?

I know that for example Tandberg SLR autoloaders are extremely picky
and require a special high-reflective material (all my attempts to use
self-printed labels failed so far), but in this case this looks not so
difficult.  You know GNU Barcode ?
