Hi

You can try run Bacula daemons with -d parameter. It runs Bacula daemons 
with the debug mode.

For example with a debug level 200:

$ sudo ./bacula-dir -d 200 -c bacula-dir.conf
$ sudo ./bacula-fd -d 200 -c bacula-fd.conf
$ sudo ./bacula-sd -d 200 -c bacula-sd.conf

This should show what is wrong.
