I think that the problem is in the client-fd

you have:

  Name = bacula-client01-dir

AND

Director {
  Name = bacula-clinet01-mon

----------------------

these shoul be

  Name = bacula-server01-mon

The error is
'Passwords or names not the same or'

you faild the Name
