Different passwords in bacula-dir.conf and bconsole.conf is the most common 
error. I've experienced problems when "@" is part of the password. Watch that, 
please.
If client and director are installed in different boxes, provably your 
firewall block ports you need to contact.

Good choice. Bacula is a great backup suite. If you already understand its 
strategy to establish a backup policy, you will feel webmin module friendly at 
basic  manage.
