0xc8000232 is "hrMissingBackupFiles", and means "Some log or patch files
are missing.".

I've never seen it before. Is there anything in the event logs that
looks like it might have more detail? Is anything else doing backups of
Exchange (ntbackup?)? Have you recently changed the setting of 'circular
logging' without doing a full backup? (unlikely - I'd expect a different
error in that case).

Did you restart bacula-fd on the Exchange server after the first error?
It is likely that the previous error you had confused bacula and it
didn't abort the backup correctly (eg it's a bug).
