Hi,
i misunderstood the documentation in that i thought it would be 
sufficient that the FileSets be identical between jobs. That is 
obviously wrong. There is now one job and within the schedule i run full 
or incremental backups:
Schedule {
..
   Run = Level=Full Pool="goldFullPool" sat at 20:00
   Run = Level=Incremental Pool="goldIncrementalPool" mon-fri at 21:00
..
}
