I can't give you any solution, but, only from seeing previous 
questions regarding the Exchange plugin, I'm pretty sure that you 
should post the actual job configuration. Also, I believe that you may 
have to change Exchange settings somewhere.

In any case, a crash is, in my opinion, a bug, and should be reported 
at bugs.bacula.org. Add the above mentioned information there, too, 
and hope that Kern and James jump onto it!
