Thanks very much for replying.
I did indeed have an SD crash issue whilst setting up and configuring bacula,
but that was simply because I was using an incorrect block size.
I have upgraded to 3.0.3, and also already tried setting the Volume Poll
Interval = 300 to no avail.
I'm attaching my dir.conf and sd.conf files, and tomorrow morning I will do as
Cedric recommended and post the log file and list volumes from when a job is on
hold.

Are you using the 'prefer mounted volumes' setting? If so I believe I keep
running
into the same bug.
Unfortunately, I only hit this bug on certain weekends and not every single
weekend
so it's been really hard for me to troubleshoot it.
I see that you've posted earlier this month on the users list with a bacula-sd
crash.
Is that this same issue? Since you're hitting it frequently, perhaps you can
get
somebody on the bacula-devel list to look at your backtrace. You should also
try
the newly released version 3.0.3. I saw they had recently made a suggestion to
set
Volume Poll Interval = 300
in your bacula-sd.conf and restart bacula-sd, however that didn't seem to help
for me.
