Good choice... although Bacula offers some of the functionality of
TSM, it definitely is not a drop-in replacement... we'll need some
time to achieve this ;-)

Understood.

No, that's not possible now.

A feature request would be required. Nothing spectacular - you find
the procedure documented at http://www.bacula.org/en/?page=feature-request

I believe that suggestion would be welcome - the feature is
interesting. I believe, though, that it will need quite a bit of work,
so you'd probably have to suggest a design yourself (which requires
good understanding of how Bacula works internally, and what
information is in the catalog) or sponsor the development. In either
case you should first wait for a response to your feature request, and
then discuss the details on bacula-devel.

You can, of course, only submit the request and leave it for others to
pick it up.

I think your English is quite ok - at least I believe I understood
what you wanted :-)

Cheers,

Arno
