Your post shows:
-  libmysqlclient_r.so.12 is not installed on your system (at least not 
through the normal channels of apt/dpkg)
- Bacula-dir does not need so.12 but does require so.15
However, you claim that Bacula want so.12
This leads to the question:  do you have multiple Bacula versions 
installed on your system? Is /usr/sbin/bacula-dir maybe not the director 
version you are trying to run? Maybe you have an old manual install (not 
a deb package) bugging you?
