Is there somewhere that a flag is set to mark a volume as recyclable?
The Media table looks promising, but I don't have any volumes ready to
be recycled and don't want to mark any as such. Perhaps I can somehow
combine the VolRetention with the FirstWritten time?

Also, when I decide that I need to get rid of a volume, what all do I
need to do to make sure that I don't confuse Bacula? Will a simple
`delete [VolumeName]` be all that I need, or do I need to delete the
associated job also? Do I need to prune or purge as part of this?

Thanks,
Chris Lieb
