it contained 2043 files.
After the backup, in the bacula console I see that the backup contains 
only 4 files:
cwd is: /var/zimbra/store/0/10/msg/0/
$ ls
3029-8857.msg
3080-9300.msg
3081-9301.msg
3083-9326.msg

What can be the reason for this?
    

You are running a full backup? Not an incremental?
