Hi, what you encounter is the batch-insert option ( choosen at compilation time
)
Try to search manual for more description.
The most usual case is there's no more place to /tmp or where mysql writes tmp
table.
Try to watch your space disk during the backup, you will find the culprits.
in your case -> table '/tmp/#sql1941_1c_0.MYI';
