I've had this problem in the past, and the list archives have suggested
that putting this into the Device stanza of the sd config file is the
correct solution (google it and you should find examples in the bacula
manual)
Offline On Unmount = yes;
Unfortunately, this has the (IMO) unwanted side effect of ejecting the
tape after using the 'label' command.
I'd be interested in a better (i.e. not ejecting after 'label') solution.
