Thanks for reply Landon, the problem got fixed. I enabled Replace "If Newer" option while restoring. When I disabled everything worked fine.
Can you explain me what is the function of the 3 Replace options - "If Newer" "Always" "Never".
As per my understanding
"If Newer" will replace the old file if the new one is bigger in size or modified date is changed.
"Always" will replace the files everytime overwriting old ones.
"Never" will not replace the file at any time.

Misbah

Thanks for your reply.
I'm using Bacula 2.2.8 on Centos Operating system. Kernel 2.6
here is my copy of file daemon
FileDaemon { # this is me
Name = lpo-fd
FDport = 9102 # where we listen for the director
WorkingDirectory = /var/bacula
Pid Directory = /var/run
Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 20
PKI Signatures = Yes # Enable Data Signing
PKI Encryption = Yes # Enable Data Encryption
PKI Keypair = "/etc/bacula/LPO_Encryption_Keys/fd-lpo.pem" # Public and Private Keys
PKI Master Key = "/etc/bacula/LPO_Encryption_Keys/master.cert" # ONLY the Public Key
}
The keys are properly placed in the location provided.
Thanks. Are you able to provide the data files that reproduce this issue (off list, if necessary)?
