[Bacula-users] Re maining data after Uninstall
2008-09-18 05:33:10
Hi,
i have noticed, that after removing (uninstalling) bacula, and installing
bacula again the bconsole command
->status dir
gives information about previous jobs.
I use the official rpm Version for Suse Enterprise Server 10:
bacula-mysql-2.4.2-5.1
bacula-mtx-2.4.2-5.1
When i uninstall bacula, i first drop the mysql database:
/usr/lib64/drop_mysql_tables
/usr/lib64/drop_mysql_database
and then remove all bacula packages with the rpm -e command.
So i wonder where the information comes from when i make a new installation
of bacula?
regards,
Roland König
